She received her real estate license in 1984 and also earned her broker’s license. In addition, Andrea holds the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation. Nationwide, only 5% of real estate associates have this distinction. As an elite member of this group, Andrea demonstrates high sales performance, with successful completion of advanced courses in listing, selling, taxes and investment. Andrea was one of the first Realtors® from Hawaii to earn the e-PROSM technology certification, recognized by the National Association of REALTORS® to represent enhanced marketing and technology strategies.
In addition to residential sales, Andrea has worked with developers on several projects. She has a keen understanding of the construction process from site work to building materials, construction cost and governmental regulatory agencies.

Community Activities
"I feel it is important to stay abreast of issues that affect property owners and our community. Through volunteer participation in many organizations, I am able to achieve this objective and better serve my clients."

Andrea has been a member of the Honolulu Board of Realtors® (HBR), Hawaii Association of Realtors® and the National Association of Realtors® since 1985. She also is a member of, and served as Chairperson for, the HBR City Affairs and issues Mobilization Committee, as well as past HBR Equal Opportunity Committee Chairperson.

She is involved in numerous community projects through Hawaii and cherishes her position as a director in the HUGS (Help, Understanding, and Group Support) agency. This non profit group provides families with assistance for medically fragile children.
